AICA is a Singapore-backed academy for AI and cybersecurity, built on DACTA’s regional expertise, partnerships, and rigorous standards. It combines international-quality training with deep local insight in Cambodia, delivering practical, certified programmes that build real human capability for professionals, enterprises, and government.

AICA offers integrated training in Cybersecurity, AI, and Governance, aligned with global standards and tailored to Cambodia’s regulations, serving professionals across all levels with internationally backed certification.
Cybersecurity Track
The cybersecurity track delivers training across every level of the organisation — from foundational digital safety awareness for all employees, through executive decision-making programmes for C-suite and board members, to intensive technical bootcamps for SOC analysts and penetration testers. Enterprise cybersecurity capability is not built through a single programme; it is built through a sustained, layered approach that AICA's track architecture is specifically designed to support. All cybersecurity programmes are anchored to Cambodia's LPDP obligations and built around real Cambodian and ASEAN threat scenarios.
AI & Generative AI Track
The AI track addresses the full spectrum of AI capability requirements across an organisation. At the foundation level, programmes build the AI literacy that every professional now needs to work effectively alongside AI tools. At the practitioner level, professionals develop applied prompt engineering, workflow design, and responsible AI governance skills. At the implementation level, senior implementers and AI project leads are equipped with the agentic AI, workflow automation, and AI management system competencies that drive real enterprise transformation. All programmes are designed for working professionals — applied, practical, and immediately relevant.
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Track
Cambodia's LPDP has created an immediate and sustained demand for data protection and governance expertise that the market is not yet equipped to supply. AICA's GRC track directly addresses this demand — with programmes spanning LPDP fundamentals and practitioner certification, Data Protection Officer development, ISO 27001 information security management, ISO 42001 AI management systems, and GRC foundation and practitioner pathways. These programmes serve compliance officers, legal teams, IT managers, and the organisational leaders responsible for governing digital risk.
