International Standard

AICA programmes are built to Singapore Skills Framework benchmark. The standard does not change because the geography does. What DACTA delivers in Singapore is the standard AICA delivers in Cambodia.

Cyber Security

The cybersecurity posture of most markets in Southeast Asia lags significantly behind Singapore, which remains the region's benchmark for digital governance, cybersecurity maturity, and AI policy development. That gap is widest in markets where the pace of digital adoption has outrun the investment in professional capability. Cambodia is navigating this transition in real time. AICA exists to accelerate it — not with a localised approximation of international training, but with the genuine article: Singapore-designed programmes, Singapore-quality curriculum, and the accumulated institutional relationships that DACTA Global Academy has built with universities, industry, and government across the region.
