Everything to know before exam day, in order
You do not need to be an AICA student to sit an exam here.
Before the exam

Register
Book through the programme owner's system and select AICA (PH-PPH-0041) as your test centre.

Prepare your ID
Two valid forms of identification (both signed, one with a photo). The name must exactly match your registration.

Arrive early
Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit your seat and fee.

Check in
Photo, signature and a personal-item check. Phones, watches, bags and notes go into a locker.

Sit the exam
Assigned workstation, continuous proctoring, and only the materials provided.
In the exam room
- No personal items at the workstation
- No talking and no leaving the room without permission
- Breaks follow the programme owner's rules; unscheduled breaks do not stop the clock
- The whole session is recorded; violations are reported to the programme owner and may void the result
Rescheduling & cancellation
- Done through the programme owner's system, not with the test centre
- Most owners require 24–48 hours' notice; later changes may not be refunded
Accommodations & special support
- Extra time, readers, assistive technology or a separate room must be requested and approved by the programme owner before booking
- The centre cannot grant accommodations on exam day
