    Dr. Ek Bunthoeun is a cybersecurity, ICT, and data science expert with extensive experience in academia, research, and public service. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology from the University of the Cumberlands, along with master's degrees in Data Science and Nonprofit Management from U.S. universities. Currently, he serves as a Senior Technical Official at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Cambodia, contributing to national cybersecurity initiatives. He is also a lecturer at American University of Phnom Penh and Artificial Intelligence Cybersecurity Academy (AICA). His expertise spans cybersecurity, cloud computing, data science, digital transformation, and higher education.

    Mr. Daniel Lee WY is a Singapore-based executive and education leader specializing in AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, and workforce development. He serves as Co-Chair of the Oversight Committee and Chief Academic Officer of Artificial Intelligence Cybersecurity Academy (AICA), as well as Global CEO of DACTA Global Academy. With over a decade of leadership experience, Daniel has successfully built and scaled multiple education institutions across Southeast Asia. He is recognized for designing Singapore-standard academic frameworks, cybersecurity training programs, and AI workforce development initiatives. His expertise spans curriculum design, governance, data privacy, AI governance, and institutional partnerships.

    Mr. Kang Sovannara is a cybersecurity and technology professional with extensive experience in network engineering, project management, cybersecurity strategy, blockchain consulting, and IT solutions. He holds advanced qualifications in Computer Networking and Computer System Technology from Seneca College and has further studies in Business, Economics, and Project Management. Currently serving as Assistant to the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Cambodia, he contributes to national cybersecurity initiatives, cybersecurity policy development, SOC implementation, and risk assessment programs. His professional background includes leadership roles in technology startups, IT consulting, blockchain adoption projects, and cybersecurity operations.

    Mr. Yorm Ratana is a Full-Stack Developer, Systems Administrator, and Cybersecurity Researcher currently pursuing his Bachelor of Information Technology at The University of Cambodia. As a Junior Python Developer at Techey Solution, he engineers secure, high-performance web systems, advanced Telegram Mini Apps/bots, and automated scraping tools using Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Aiogram), Playwright, local LLMs, and React. Armed with practical experience in offensive and defensive security, he specializes in software debugging, web vulnerability scanning (Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP), and mitigating live cyber attacks like DDoS, XSS, and SQL injection. Committed to building Cambodia's tech ecosystem, he also served as a programming instructor at ETEC Center (2023–2025), training students in C++, Python, and React.
